Piramal commits Rs 850 crore in M3M 65th Avenue
Piramal Enterprise and Piramal Finance have committed Rs 850 crore in M3M India's mixed-use project-65th Avenue. Out of the total, Rs 300 crore has already been invested. Pankaj Bansal, director, M3M, “The association with Piramal, with their expertise across real estate and infrastructure fund management, will further enable us to deliver an excellent value proposition for all our stakeholders.” With this investment Piramal Finance plans to open of three branches in Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida. M3M has appointed Mace Group, a global consultancy and construction firm, for construction management of 65th Avenue.
